The conversation on the homepage

What you type to Ruth and Ruth's answers are stored with a random session number, along with the contract sheet drafted from them. The AI that runs the conversation is hosted on our own hardware. Your words are not sent to an outside AI company and are not used to train anything.

Your workspace

When you open a workspace we keep your email, your name if you give it, your company name, the sheet, and everything your team records in the workspace. Every change is kept in a history so nothing is lost. The workspace is reachable only through its private link.

Ruth Watch

The browser extension runs only on the web addresses listed in your workspace. On those addresses it records which screens are opened, with record numbers and email addresses taken out of the address, and the names of buttons, tabs and menu items that are clicked, with digits replaced. For links it records only where inside the product the link goes. Each install gets a random number, so we can count people without knowing who they are.

It never records keystrokes, form fields, page text, passwords, or anything on other websites. Anyone can pause it from the toolbar icon, and removing it from the browser stops it completely.

Where it lives

Everything is stored on servers we own and run ourselves, with hourly backups. We do not sell data, share it with the software vendor, or use advertising trackers. This site sets no cookies.
