The last software contract you'll ever sign.
Most teams use a small part of the software they pay for. Ruth finds that part, rebuilds it as software you own, and runs it next to the old tool until your people trust it. Then you cancel.
Takes about five minutes. Nothing is shared with the vendor.
Start the watch
The sheet above is a first guess from one conversation. The watch replaces the guesses with what your team really does in the product. It's free until you cancel.
Keep the features you use.

How it works
-
Tell Ruth about the contract
Answer a few questions right here. You get a sheet with every feature you pay for, marked with what you said you use.
-
Ruth watches for a few weeks
Your team adds a small browser extension. It notes which screens and buttons of the old tool get used. It never records what anyone types or reads. Ruth turns that into the real list of features you depend on.
-
We rebuild only what you use
The code goes into your own repository and runs where you choose: your cloud, your server, or a box in your office. Your data comes with it.
-
Both run side by side
Your people do their real work in both for at least 30 days and log anything that comes out different. We fix it until every feature you kept matches.
-
You cancel
Ruth tracks your notice date from the start, so the letter goes out on time and the contract does not renew itself.
Nothing until you cancel
Ruth costs nothing while it watches, rebuilds and runs side by side. After the old contract is cancelled, you pay half of what you saved in the first year, spread over twelve months. From year two the savings are all yours.
Savings means the old contract's price minus what the new software costs you to run. If the rebuild never matches what you need, you keep the old contract and owe us nothing.
An example
| Old contract | $60,000 a year |
|---|---|
| Running the new software | $4,800 a year |
| Saved in year one | $55,200 |
| Ruth's fee | $27,600, or $2,300 a month for 12 months |
| Year two and after | $55,200 a year stays with you |
What the watch sees
It records
- Which screens of that one product someone opened, with record numbers removed
- The names of buttons, tabs and menu items they clicked there
- A random number for each install, so we can count people without knowing who they are
It never records
- Anything typed, any field value, any password
- The text or data on the page
- Any other website
Anyone can pause it from the browser toolbar. You can read every line of it, because it ships as plain files. Privacy details
Questions
What kind of software can Ruth replace?
Tools your team uses in a web browser and pays for by the seat or by the year: CRM, help desk, project tracking, HR, surveys, scheduling, reporting, internal portals. Hardware-bound systems and anything regulated, like payroll tax filing, stay where they are.
Who builds the replacement?
The Ruth team at Adore LLC. AI writes most of the code, and people check every screen against the old tool before your team ever sees it.
What happens to our data?
We export it from the old tool and load it into the new one before the side by side period starts, and again right before you cancel. It lives wherever the new software runs, which is your choice.
What if we need a feature later that we cut?
You own the code, so anyone can add it. If we built it, we will add it at a fixed price agreed up front.
Our contract has years left on it.
Then there is plenty of time to watch, rebuild and test properly. Ruth plans backward from your notice date.
Does the vendor find out?
Not from us. The watch runs in your team's browsers and talks only to Ruth.
